Co-location
Co-location is provided in our secure facility on King William Street in Adelaide. Each co-located service is provided one (1) IP address and a single telephone pair. The basic costs for this service are:
- Basic Co-Location Rack Space Rental: $55 /Rack Unit/Month
- Data Charge - from 5.5¢ per MB
Each month the data charge is calculated based on the following table.

The lowest data rate is automatically used!
For Example:
Your 1 rack unit server consumed 800 MB of data in a month
• Rack Space Rental = $55
• Data Charge = 800 MB @ 9.9¢ = $79.20
Next month it consumes 2800 MB
• Rack Space Rental = $55
• Data Charge = $247.50 (2500 MB) + $23.10 (300 MB @ 7.7¢) = $270.60
Setup Fee
As the setup requirements of these services vary greatly from customer to customer, setup is charged on an hourly rate @$198/ hour - With a minimum of 1 hour. In most cases only 1 hour is required.
All equipment should be rack mountable; if external modems or network termination units are required, the total height will be considered. If the modem or network termination unit can sit on top of your server, then it need not be rack mountable. Depth of units should not exceed 650mm.
All Co-location space is run on a UPS
Although power in the central business district is very rarely cut, there will always be fluctuations in power. Computers can be sensitive to these fluctuations, and lost hardware can result. This is why we insist that your server uses our UPS system. There is no cost for this service.
Access to data centre
Normal access to the data centre is available between 9am and 5pm on working days. After hours access is only available by prior arrangement, and may attract a fee.
Emergency after-hours access requiring attendance by a MindVision representative incurs a $200 call out charge plus $50/ hour.
Support
E Squared staff will be happy assist with simple restarts during business hours at no charge.
"Real" technical support can also be provided under many circumstances at a cost of $198 per hour.
** Only data from us to you is charged; data from you to us is not. Data within our network, or from directly connected peers is not charged. You will be presented with an invoice including daily totals for data consumption at the end of each month.
If required, we can automatically debit your credit card as appropriate.
